Gaura lindeimeri is an awesome free flowering perennial. We grow a pink variety and a white variety. Both flower in mass from spring into late autumn. The foliage only grows to about 25cm, but the flower spikes will shoot up to a meter high.
A wonderful choice for any garden looking to add more colour. Also bees love these plants so if you are into bee keeping this is a must have.
Flowers best in a sunny area. If the weather is warm and the plants aren’t flowering in mass, cut the plant back to about 15cm above ground level. This will encourage new growth and new flower stalks.
